We Heard Your Comments. Now We Are Making Improvements
- Students want less "hold" time on the phones
- Students want quicker access to medical provider appointments
- Students want shorter wait times for nurse triage
Now we are making changes to allow quicker, more immediate access to our SHAC medical providers. We have improved how we manage telephone calls and have a new, improved phone system to allow for more options to better serve you and better indication of how quickly your call will be answered. Additional changes are to come starting Fall term.
However, we encourage all students to CALL FIRST if you are in need of medical services, rather than walking in. So, if you have a medical concern and wish to be seen call 503-725-2800. We look forward to your feedback about the new changes.
